生态修复工程学二级学科学术骨干。教授,博导,主要从事退化生态系统功能提升、水土环境调控与碳氮循环等方面教学和科研工作。兼任江苏省农业工程学会副理事长,Irrigation Science副主编。主持国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金、江苏省重点研发等项目20余项。主编/参编著作4部,发表高质量学术论文120余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项。获国家科技进步奖一等奖、中国农业节水科技奖一等奖、中国发明创业奖二等奖、环境保护科学技术二等奖等科研奖励10余项。先后入选江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师计划、江苏省“333工程”中青年科技领军人才和江苏高校优秀科技创新团队(带头人)。讲授《节水灌溉理论》等课程。
